Odie’s transition hasn’t been completely smoot Odie’s transition hasn’t been completely smooth—we’re still working on the litter box and having to syringe feed, but his sweetness is off the charts 📈

We also got this sweet, special needs boy today! T We also got this sweet, special needs boy today! This little guy was found in pretty rough shape. He suffered blunt force trauma to the head and Prince William County took him in to try and get him healthy.

His right eye had to be removed, but they were able to save his left eye—however he has limited vision. He also has some neurological issues that appear to be caused by the trauma. He sometimes gets stuck in corners, walks in circles, and has trouble finding things. 

His previous foster said he appears to be improving, and we hope that trend continues! The vets were calling him OD, which is the abbreviation for oculus dexter (right eye). So we’re sticking with the name Odie :)
